Oreo Cupcakes Recipe



Ingredient:
2 1⁄4cups all-purpose flour
2teaspoons baking powder
1⁄4teaspoon salt
1 1⁄2cups sugar
1⁄2cup butter, room temperature
2teaspoons vanilla extract
3egg whites, room temperature
3⁄4cup milk
1 1⁄4cups crushed Oreo cookies (10 cookies)


Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:
1⁄2cup butter, room temperature
4cups powdered sugar
1⁄4cup milk
1teaspoon vanilla extract


Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 24 muffin cups with baking cups.
2. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Cream together the sugar and the butter. Beat in vanilla extract. 
4. Then beat in the egg whites
5. Add the flour mixture and the milk to the sugar mixture.
6. Stir in the crushed Oreos.
7. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350°F


Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:.
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until frosting is creamy, 3-5 minutes.
2. Frost cupcakes with frosting using a butter knife or offset spatula.
